Chicken with Provolone and Prosciutto
So Super Bowl Sunday and we've decided to switch it up a bit. Devan's doing the kitchen tonight. We're enjoying some sauted chicken breast with prociutto and provolone, some steamed spinach, and a "waldorf-like" fruit salad.

Perhaps given it was Superbowl sunday...you should have renamed this recipe "poached Eagles". Glad you didn't play Desperado or "Pat" Boone in honor of the game but a little Snooks Eaglin' would have been appropriate!
