Calgary Hot Wings

So we haven't given up yet. Tonight Kris' cooking up some beer marinated Calgary Hot Wings with some carrots and homemade blue cheese dressing. For music we've got:

Recipe Follow-Up: Calgary Hot Wings rocked! We followed the recipe exactly and wouldn’t change a thing. Be forewarned though, they are spicy. Our Sriracha sauce says hot chili sauce, and Kris isn’t sure if there’s a regular version that doesn’t say hot. If you prefer something milder you might want to try the regular, if it exists, or just reduce the amount of sriracha and/or crystal accordingly. We’re spice freaks so we love the spicy kick, until the next morning anyway :)

Loved the Calgary chicken wings. Definitely a good call. Actually drank more of the Big Rock Grasshopper than I used for the marinade.
They were pretty damn hot, but everyone at the party loved them.
Just finished putting in my vote for you guys. Wrote a comment as well - Love the show; love the tunes, love the food, & love the guest appearances. Keep it up and I'll pass on the good word to others.
