Say Yum 2005-10-11 - Chicken Now, Pesto Later

Hey! We've been gone so long I can barely remember how to do this...ya right. It's like riding a bike...sorta ;-) So tonight Devan's making a big batch of pesto with the last of this year's basil. We're packing it away in ice trays to make serving sized chunks for use later. But tonight we're making sour cream and onion potatoe chip encrusted chicken nuggets with a honey mustard dipping sauce.
